Q. How is the storage parking compound secured?

A. The security of your vehicle/caravan/boat/HGV whilst it is in our care is important to us. Our secure outdoor compound has CCTV, floodlighting, entry gates, barriers and the storage owners live on site.

Q. What happens if my car breaks down/battery goes flat?

A. If you have a problem with your vehicle please notify the main office. In the event of a flat battery, we have battery packs available and our staff will be happy to assist you with getting the battery working again. If your vehicle cannot be started at all we will happily assist you to contact a local breakdown operator.

Q. What happens if my car is damaged in the car park?

A. Please read our Parking Terms and Conditions which are available from the main office.
